Beginner Marathon Training Program – 16 Weeks
Designed for those who can comfortably run 5-10km a few times per week and are ready to progress toward completing their first full marathon.
This program includes:
🏃♀️ 3 structured runs per week – gradually building distance, endurance, and intensity to prepare you for race day.
🚴 1 cross-training day – to improve overall fitness, enhance recovery, and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.
💪 2 allocated strength training days – focused on developing strength and resilience to support your running (specific strength workouts not included).
