I completed my first half marathon at 19, although I wouldn’t say I am a natural runner. I was never the kid that won at school carnivals or Little A’s. I’ve always loved being active, training in the gym, exploring the outdoors, and trying new hobbies, but I kept coming back to endurance running—it challenges me every session, makes me appreciate my body for what it can do and gives me purpose in training. I fell in love with the sense of accomplishment it brought and the mental strength it cultivated.

However, I made many mistakes along the way. Without the guidance of a coach on the first half marathon, I relied on endless hours of online research to figure out how to train and eat. I was overwhelmed by the conflicting opinions on what was “healthy” and what actually worked.

Since then, I’ve completed around 10 half marathons, an Olympic-distance triathlon, and a full marathon—despite a major setback when I was attacked by a dog, leaving my calf severely injured and requiring five months of recovery before I could train properly again.

Through these experiences, I’ve faced setbacks and running related injuries, but they taught me resilience and the value of guidance. By investing in coaches and earning certifications as a personal trainer, Level 2 Running Coach, and Diploma in Nutrition, I’ve gained the knowledge and tools to train smarter.

Now, I want to share that with you. My mission is to provide the education, support, and resources I wish I’d had when I started—so you can feel confident, capable, and empowered in your own journey.
